NAYDO ACADEMY

Recognizing the commitment of time and resources it takes to bring a delegation to the NAYDO Conference, we've designed regional one-day conference experiences targeted for program directors, support staff and volunteers. Focused on the Annual Campaign, the Academy may be in person or virtual.
 

NAYDO SPEAKER NETWORK

If you are planning a training session and are in need of a speaker, we're here to help! Our new network of Y professionals includes subject matter experts that have been vetted by NAYDO and are available to present at training events open to multiple Y associations. MEASURE YOUR Y’s FUNDRAISING SUCCESS USING THE FUNDRAISING FITNESS TEST  

Campaign sustainability and success is realized through constant analysis and improvement. Y-USA is working collaboratively with nonprofit partners to provide an opportunity for your Y to submit fundraising data to generate reports containing fund development metrics using the Fundraising Fitness Test (FFT). HOW IS YOUR CULTURE OF PHILANTHROPY?

This new resource can help Ys learn how to strengthen six conditions needed to sustain fundraising year after year at their respective Ys.
Realizing that all Ys start from a different place in this process, this assessment tool is designed to help leadership staff and volunteers identify their Y’s current status and opportunities for development.
Practices and metrics are built upon the foundational level that all Ys should implement. Each subsequent level builds upon the fundraising practices and metrics included in the previous level.
