A strong case for support is the foundation of your YMCA's fundraising efforts. It is essential to create a compelling case that is relevant to your target audiences, aligned with your organization's goals, and responsive to your community's needs. Involving staff and volunteers in the development process will enable deeper engagement and understanding of your Y's case for support.

In this workshop, you will learn how to develop a case for support that aligns to your Y's philanthropic objectives, inspires donors, and reflects your community's needs. Share and discuss strategies for engaging volunteers and staff at all levels of your Y in the case development process. Review and share opportunities to bring your case to life year-round.
