A culture of philanthropy is essential in any organization trying to most effectively raise funds. But, what does that mean, and how do you intentionally create such a culture? You will discuss key components of a culture of philanthropy and the ideas to make them real, so everyone in your Y appreciates your donors as partners who share your goals and participate in achieving them. You will leave with a tool to measure philanthropic culture and ideas on how to effect change.
